Who We Are

Our style and line up of songs focuses mainly on modern Top 40 songs. With 6 band members and use of electronic drum pads, synthesizers, we're able to cover a wide range of songs from modern radio that rely on electronic production and DJs. Its safe to say that if you wanted that club sound, deep bass drum, and EDM dance music vibe, we're here to deliver that as a live band - No need for a DJ!

Lissel Stewart

A seasoned veteran of the Christchurch music scene & beyond, Lissel is the lead vocalist for House of Groove. Showcasing her love of all genres of music, she is involved in many musical projects in & around the city.

Jordan Boon

Funky basslines and thumping lows, Jordan plays bass for House of Groove as well as providing backing vocals to the band.

Jade Harrison-Best

Jade is the guitarist for House of Groove and All Token. Her love for music has extended to Māori performing arts and teaching young aspiring musicians.

Travis Brett

Travis is a guitar tutor, producer & performer. He has played in many originals bands in Christchurch including HatcH & Etheran. He also writes & records his own music. You can find him on Spotify or any other online music streaming service.

Roydon Correya

Anglo-Indian keyboardist & singer/songwriter, Roydon brings a vast soundscape of synth, horns & keys as well as backing vocals to the band. He is known for his various styles of Rock, Funk, Jazz & EDM.

Josiah Dayo

Our former bassist, now our drummer! Josiah also plays guitar for Fuchsia Haze, Bass for Triple J and Drums for All Token. He's also a content creator on YouTube and TikTok.
